Policy on Returns, Replacements, and Customization
Quality Control
Every product we manufacture undergoes a comprehensive two-step quality control process. In the unlikely case that you receive a cover with a manufacturing defect or a sizing discrepancy, we will happily provide a replacement at no additional cost. Since our covers are tailor-made to each customer’s specifications, we are unable to accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing or dimensional errors.
Size Allowances
For ease of use, we typically add 1-3 inches to the dimensions provided by the customer, depending on the cover size. If you would prefer that no additional space be added, please indicate this in the comments section during checkout.
How to Report Defects
Should you receive a cover with a manufacturing or sizing issue, you can report it by submitting a ticket through your online account. Please include photos showing the defect along with a brief description. Our team will assess the issue and work with you to find the best resolution.
Custom Covers
Personalized covers, which include text or logos based on your instructions, are non-refundable and non-returnable. If, however, there is a mistake in the printing on our part, we will replace the cover free of charge. To report such an issue, submit a ticket via your account with pictures of the problem and a short description. We will review the situation and take the necessary steps to resolve it.
Logo and Text Placement
The size and placement of logos and text will vary depending on the cover type. We ensure that the design will be visible and proportionate to the selected cover. For image personalization, we request that customers submit high-resolution images to achieve the best possible result. Please note that the final print quality depends largely on the image provided, and we cannot guarantee outcomes for low-resolution files.
Customization Methods
Our personalization process involves UV printing and dye sublimation using high-quality inks designed to provide vibrant colors and long-lasting durability, particularly for outdoor use. However, extreme weather conditions may reduce the lifespan of the print.

We are unable to process refunds for personalized covers.
